Hi Hopes Early Intervention for Deaf Babies
Category: Education, Kids
Hi Hopes Early Intervention Programme offers information, resources and support to families who have deaf or hard of hearing babies. Trained interventionists visit the family in the home every second week until the child is three years of age. Families learn to communicate with their babies so that they can grow in all areas to be typical, happy little toddlers with the potential to be the best they can be.
Cost: R1800. R800 is payable to the Cape Town Cycle Tour and for the extra R1000 you make an enormous difference to families who need help with parenting a deaf or hard of hearing child and you get an amazing goodie bag too.
