The first ever 42km Cape Town Cycle Tour was a huge success with riders taking to Cape Town’s Nelson Mandela Boulevard and M3 highway. The route followed the M3, also known locally as the Blue Route, and turned back towards the city at the end of the M3. The atmosphere was jubilant, with numerous newbies, beaming beginners and tenacious teens enjoying the shorter option.
