The Cape Town Cycle Tour Expo is more than just a prelude to race day—it’s an unmissable event for cycling enthusiasts of all levels. Attendees can immerse themselves in the latest innovations in cycling gear, technology, and nutrition while meeting experts and fellow riders who share the same passion. Whether you're preparing for the race or simply looking to enjoy the lively atmosphere, the expo offers opportunities for hands-on demos and great deals on top brands. It serves as the only registration venue for the Cape Town Cycle Tour, with thousands of excited cyclists passing through the Expo.

Entry Fee
Both riders and non-participants can enter the expo for the following fee:

  • Adults (Riders): Free
  • Adults (Non-participants): R50
  • Kids (Under 12): Free

How To Book A Stand
  1. Check out the Expo layout
  2. Check the stand sales list to see that the space you are after has not been taken. This list will indicate who has taken what stand, so that you do not land up alongside, or close to, your competitor
  3. Check the stand prices
  4. Call or email Eddy at 082 4503151 or eddy@eddycassarpr.co.za to discuss your requirements
Bookings will not be taken until you have contacted Eddy, then you can send the booking form. Only your booking form will activate the clerical process.
It is imperative that you read the exhibitor manual so you can understand what is expected of you. Note that payment dates, as your stand will not be built, unless full payment has been received.
